Content Schema for Locations
Developed a faceted classification system to organize a personal collection of appliance and furniture manuals, creating seven facets and fifteen isolates to enable efficient categorization and retrieval. Applied the system to real manuals as a proof of concept.
Created a romance trope thesaurus that maps relationships between sub-genres and tropes using broader term (BT) and narrower term (NT) hierarchies. Demonstrated practical application with examples from Romeo and Juliet and The Hating Game, supporting readers in discovering books based on their preferred tropes.
Designed a flexible content schema for describing any place on Earth, enabling geographic information retrieval even when specific place names or details are unknown. Included practical examples to illustrate schema application for location-based resource discovery.
